1882 Dakota Territory Vacation Home

Deposit: Minimum first night stay or half of total due for reserved nights (whichever is greater) plus 8% tax.
Security Deposit: We reserve the right to a deposit of $150.00 which is completely refundable as long as there is no damage or problems with the home, its' contents, or the grounds. The deposit can be made with a credit card number.
Cancellation: Cancellation must be made within 30 days to receive deposit refund, minus 20% for bookkeeping fee. If cancellation is made in less than 30 days, a refund shall be made only if the home can be re-rented, still less the 20%. Same cancellation policy applies if reservations are made with less than 30 days to cancel.
Minimum 3 nights stay. Exceptions may be considered.
Check in: 3:30 p.m. or anytime thereafter
Check out: 10:30 a.m.
NO SMOKING INSIDE HOME and conscientious precautions if smoking outside.
No Pets allowed. Special circumstances will be reviewed.
Please phone business office to request an exchange of linens and or towels anytime during your stay.
We do not provide daily maid service of the home. This is your home away from home...we trust you will maintain a comfortable "living environment" and leave the home tidy upon your departure.
