- Deposit:
Minimum first night stay or half of total due for reserved nights (whichever
is greater) plus 5% tax. We accept MC, Visa, check or money order.

Security Deposit: Deposit of $150.00 is required and completely refundable
as long as there is no damage or problems with the cabin, its' contents,
or the grounds. The deposit can be made with credit card number.

Cancellation: Cancellation must be made within 30 days to receive deposit
refund, minus 20% for bookkeeping fee. If cancellation made less than
30 days, a refund shall be made only if the cabin can be re-rented,
still less the 20%. Same cancellation policy applies if reservations
made with less than 30 days to cancel.

Minimum of two nights stay during Sturgis Rally.

NO SMOKING INSIDE CABINS and conscientious precautions if smoking outside

No Pets allowed without prior consent to arrival

Outdoor campfire contingent on permits issued by the United States Forest
Service, which are based on fire conditions of the Black Hills. You
agree to abide by the USFS guidelines and restrictions regarding campfires.

Please phone business office to request an exchange of linens and or
towels anytime during your stay.

We do not provide daily maid service for the cabin. We trust you will
appreciate your privacy and will maintain a comfortable living environment
during your stay. We only ask that you remove all garbage from the cabin
and leave your cabin tidy upon your departure.
By maintaining your reservation, you agree to all of the guidelines
and policies we have set forth for our cabins.
We are happy to have you as our guests and know you will be too!
